It has both spoken languages of Japanese and English and it has English subtitles for anyone who may want it. It contains about 26 Episodes spanning from the Imperfect to The Perfect Cell Saga. This is definitely a Season I would recommend you purchase. It’s personally my favorite too. The Dvd also has extra features with Character descriptions and episode summaries.
